Project Process

From request for quotation to warranty administration – here is our complete project process in 8 steps.

Quotation

We prepare the quotation based on the received technical content. We often include a savings package if you are open to technical content modifications.

Contracting

The legal document is prepared with the involvement of lawyers, which records what, when, and for how much we build, as well as mutual interest conditions.

Site Handover

They take over the work area, and we start keeping the electronic construction log. The project officially starts.

Organization Setup

In parallel with the start of work, we set up auxiliary facilities that serve the management of construction implementation.

Construction

Structural construction, shell & core works, and interior fit-out. We continuously check plans and make suggestions for replacements.

Trial Run / Bug Fixing

Before completing construction, we perform full building inspection and commissioning. Recorded errors are corrected before handover.

Technical Handover

Financial, technical, and legal closure of the project. We hand over the building ready for use, together with the occupancy permit.

Warranty Administration

After the project handover, we correct errors that arise during operation during the warranty period specified in the contract.
